About me
Many organizations believe they have to choose between humanity and performance.
In every company I've worked in, the same paradox keeps appearing: on one side, intense pressure on results that employees burn out; on the other, a desire to be "more human", with well‑being initiatives… yet expectations remain unclear, dissolving accountability. Too much pressure exhausts, too much freedom blurs everything. And in between, teams search for direction.
I do not believe these two are in opposition. On the contrary: humanity and performance reinforce each other.
This is what I aim to bring to organizations today. After more than 15 years of experience in project management, leadership, organizational development and HR across different sectors, I started supporting leaders, teams and family businesses. I help them create clarity, strengthen communication and improve collaboration in a sustainable way. And yes, you can absolutely be demanding while working in a human, balanced environment.
Next to my experience in the field, I've deepened my knowledge and expertise in domains like company culture, change, personal development and of course team dynamics and coaching techniques. After becoming an ACC-accredited coach (Training & Coaching Square) and completing training in team coaching (HRD Academy), I certified as an Insights Discovery Practitioner and in Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team model (Trixolutions). I also completed the Family Business Advisor program in 2026 (Ehsal Management School - Odisee).
My approach combines strategic insight with a strong focus on the underlying human dynamics. These dynamics come first, because they are the foundation on which we can build stronger collaboration and improved team performance.
Outside of my work, I am a mother of two children. They remind me every day of the importance of curiosity, connection, courage and enthusiasm — values that also shape the way I work.
